Broward County Crime Stoppers

What is Broward County Crime Stoppers?

Broward County Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization dedicated to solving and preventing crime in Broward County Florida. The program’s success is dependent on community involvement. Citizens of Broward County are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers with tips and information that may help to solve or prevent crime.

Crime Stoppers serves as a clearinghouse for tips, and acts as a liaison between anonymous citizens and law enforcement agencies. When a Citizen (or Tipster) calls in with a tip or information about a crime, Crime Stoppers disseminates that information to the appropriate law enforcement agency for immediate action.

Crime Stoppers does not collect any personal information from our Citizens, so you can rest assured your identity is fully protected. When you call, you will be assigned a random Case Number. You can use this number to follow up on the status of the case. If your tip leads to an arrest, you are eligible for a cash reward. Reward monies are collected anonymously at a local bank, so your identity is never compromised.
